About these terms

These terms govern your use of OpenStage, operated by Seagulls LLC in San Francisco, California, USA. By creating an account or using the OpenStage service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Our privacy policy explains how information is collected, used, and shared. Questions can be sent to admin@aios.agency.

Who can use OpenStage

OpenStage is intended for worldwide availability to people aged 13 and older. Children under 13 must not create an account or submit personal information to the service.

If you are under the age of legal adulthood where you live, your parent or guardian must review and agree to these terms and supervise your use. You must also meet any additional age, parental-consent, or eligibility requirements under local law. Availability may depend on local restrictions.

These terms state eligibility requirements; they do not claim that we have verified your age or obtained parental consent through an automated process. Parents or guardians can contact admin@aios.agency with concerns.

Access, accounts, and the beta

OpenStage may use a waitlist, invitations, or limited beta access. An access request does not guarantee an invitation, a launch date, or uninterrupted availability. Features may change, be limited, or be unavailable during the beta.

Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials and invite access secure, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized use. Do not share another person’s account or impersonate someone. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.

Any paid offer, if introduced, will identify its price and applicable payment terms separately. Joining the waitlist does not purchase a subscription.

Respectful and responsible use

• Treat other members respectfully. Do not harass, threaten, exploit, discriminate against, or share someone’s private information without permission.
• Only upload content you have the right to share. Do not submit illegal content, sexual exploitation material, or content that infringes others’ rights.
• Be honest about check-ins and confirmations. Do not manipulate progress records, impersonate members, or create misleading evidence.
• Do not bypass access controls, disrupt the service, distribute malicious code, or misuse automated access.
• Report inappropriate content or safety concerns through our support page.

Your content and sharing

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Seagulls a non-exclusive permission to host, store, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to provide and operate OpenStage, including the sharing you request and the service providers involved. This permission is limited to operating the service and handling related support, security, and legal obligations.

Consider the audience before sharing a check-in, photo, message, or progress record. Crew members, message recipients, or public audiences may see content according to the feature and its visibility rules. Others may save copies of information they can access.

You can contact us about removing content or deleting your account. Retention limitations are explained in the privacy policy. You do not gain ownership of OpenStage’s software, branding, or other members’ content.

AI and fitness limitations

OpenStage supports routines, accountability, organization, and reflection. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, provide therapy, or replace a qualified medical professional, trainer, or other adviser. It does not guarantee a fitness, health, or other personal outcome.

AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Use your judgment, check important information, and seek qualified advice when appropriate. Crew confirmations are member feedback, not professional certification or proof of medical safety.

Choose activities appropriate to your abilities and circumstances. Stop an activity if it causes pain or feels unsafe and seek appropriate help. OpenStage and its support inbox are not emergency services; contact local emergency services for urgent danger or a medical emergency.

Service availability and third parties

We work to keep OpenStage useful and reliable, but the service may have outages, errors, or interruptions. We may modify or discontinue features. Keep copies of information you need outside the service.

Third-party services and links may have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control external websites or guarantee their availability. AI processing and other service-provider uses are described in our privacy policy.

Suspension and ending use

You can stop using OpenStage at any time and email admin@aios.agency to request account deletion. We may restrict or suspend access for breaches of these terms, abuse, security concerns, legal requirements, or to protect members and the service.

Where appropriate, we will explain a restriction and allow you to contact us about it. Some situations require immediate action. Ending access does not remove obligations or lawful retention requirements that continue afterward.

Legal rights and governing law

To the extent permitted by applicable law, OpenStage is provided as available, without promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

These terms are governed by California law, except where mandatory laws where you live provide otherwise. Your applicable consumer and privacy rights remain protected. These terms do not require arbitration or waive rights that applicable law gives you.

Updates and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version, and we will provide additional notice or seek agreement where required by applicable law.
