Access and account help
If you are having trouble with the waitlist, an invitation, or login, tell us what happened and the email address associated with your request or account. Never send your password or invite code.
Report a problem
Describe what you were trying to do, what happened, and the device or browser you were using. A screenshot can help; remove private information about yourself or other members before sending it.
Privacy and data requests
Email admin@aios.agency to request access, correction, a copy/export, account or content deletion, or removal from the waitlist. Describe your request and provide the account email if applicable. We may need to verify your identity before making account changes or releasing information.

Member safety and content concerns
Report harassment, inappropriate content, unauthorized sharing, or concerns about a child’s information. Include enough context for us to locate the issue, such as the relevant member name, date, or screen. Do not forward unnecessary sensitive content.
